Field Service Engineer - Honeywell Process Solutions
Honeywell Process Solutions is a global leader in automation control, instrumentation, and digital solutions supporting industries such as pulp and paper, oil and gas, refining, energy, chemicals, and industrial manufacturing.
In this role, you will provide field service support for Honeywell HPS applications and products at a customer site in Kapuskasing, ON. You will play a key role in maintaining, auditing, configuring, and supporting Honeywell QCS control systems while working closely with the Field Services Manager and the LSS business function to deliver high-quality service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site field service support for Honeywell HPS applications and products
Perform maintenance, audits, and configuration of Honeywell QCS control systems
Support customer operations to improve efficiency and productivity
Learn end-to-end HPS products and develop technical expertise in complex Honeywell solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services aligned with customer needs
Required Qualifications:
College diploma in a technical field or a minimum of 3 years’ equivalent experience in electro-mechanical or industrial automation
Valid Canadian driver’s license
Ability to travel up to 10% within Ontario
Willingness to work on-call, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous industry and/or technical installation experience
Customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
A continuous learning mindset
